Racial Justice and Graduate Education
When: Wed, Oct 07 2020 1:00pm - Thu, Oct 08 2020 3:15pm
Where: Zoom
On Wednesday, October 7, 1:00PM - 3:15PM EST, The Association for Public Policy Analysis & Management (APPAM) will host a virtual event entitled Racial Justice and Graduate Education: What Are You Doing and What Could You Do?
Recent events have placed racial inequality at the forefront for all academic institutions. We want to offer a place for APPAM institutional representatives to discuss what inequality initiatives they have implemented in their own schools, hear from students about what they would like to see happen in their programs and, most importantly, we want to give an opportunity for program directors and faculty to network, discuss their experiences and get some good ideas for the future.
