(NATIONAL) 2019 Knapsack Institute: Transforming Teaching and Learning, June 6-8 in Colorado Springs

The Matrix Center for the Advancement of Social Equity and Inclusion is pleased to announce the 2019 Knapsack Institute: Transforming Teaching and Learning, June 6-8, in Colorado Springs.

The KI is an intensive three-day institute hosted by the Matrix Center that provides much-needed tools, strategies and support to build inclusive learning and working environments. The KI serves faculty and staff from ALL disciplines and from around the country!

For 19 years, The Matrix Institute has served diverse participants from a range of settings, including College and University administrators and faculty from around the country; Residence Hall staff; HR staff; K-12 teachers; museum staff; Directors of Diversity and Inclusion at a variety of places including the National Radio Astronomy Observatory; and private businesses, among others.

This training is especially beneficial for newer faculty members.
